We are selling a red Topper dinghy that was used from the beach at Canyamel (near Arta and Cala Rajada) for a number of years. It was only ever used lightly for two or three weeks in the summer holidays for a number of years during the 1990s by my father, my sister and myself and we originally imported it brand new from England and paid all relevant local VAT and import taxes applicable at the time. The boats sail number is in the 30,000s but I don't have it to hand. My mother knows it but she is currently out in Canyamel where the boat could be picked up from.
The boat is in generally good condition but has a few minor marks on the bottom from being pulled up on the beach but these are merely cosmetic and she is perfectly seaworthy. She comes with all necessary mast, sails, rigging, centreboard, tiller, rudder etc plus two straps designed for securing her to any roorack on top of a car. We do not have a road trailer or a launch trailer as she was simply pulled up and down the beach to the sea.
I find it very hard to put a precise value on the boat in the context of it being a rare Topper for sale in Mallorca but would be happy to take something perhaps a little higher than prices of comparable secondhand Toppers of that age in the same condition in the UK. How does 695 Euros sound?
You would have to pick up the boat with your own car and roof rack or road trailer though.
