Yes, great service from RH for several years now. But I have to agree that the reconfirm can be tempermental. For those who are regulars, it is not a problem, as you can always call them. However, if it is your first experience, then I imagine it can be quite disconcerting.

Having said that they have never let me down and the prices are great.

ps. Hopefully that is not the kiss of death as I am using them to pick me up on Tuesday from the airport!

we used resort hopper on 15th july. took us over 2 hours to get to the duva hotel! the driver chose to drive from airport then through all the country roads to c/picafort! then on to alcudia & then to p.p. not bothered about other drop offs but at least he could have used the motorway to p.p or alcudia first.. we will prob think twice about using them again in october..
but as said alot cheaper than taxis.

That was unlucky. We have used many times and that hasn't happened.
I wonder if perhaps there was a problem on the motorway that day?

My daughter and her boyfriend used them 2 weeks ago all was good until the drop off in PP as the driver had a different drop point and in the end he dropped them about 3 miles away and said this was their drop off and if they didnt get off his next drop off would be back at the airport!!!! i the end she rang me and i picked in the town just glad she had some idea where she was in PP.

would think twice about using them again

Have just used Resorthoppa for the first time. We booked online at home and everything went to plan.
We received the text message confirming pick-up time approx 36 hours prior to the return journey.
If the message hadn’t arrived we would’ve nipped into Hotel Pollensa Park or Bar Bon Dia to reconfirm online.
The bus was already quite full when it picked us up but was still on time.

Gordon, we confirmed our destination details at the Resorthoppa office in Palma Airport and again with the driver before boarding the bus. All was ok.

Based on our own experience we would not hestitate in using them again.
