I have just spent an interesting 5 mins or so looking at your thread for last year. It is about 12 pages of people giving different views on various restaurants; some times people put 3 different places, PP, Pollensa and Alcudia. Some put reasons why they prefered one to another, some didnt, some put 3 some put a lot more!
Lots of different contributions and ways of putting it across, but it made great reading - as will this thread! As long as the basic idea is there and we give ourselves a little leeway it will certainly be informative and as much fun as last years was.

But we certainly cant start the thread until we have actually been to any restaurants this year!!

Until we actually get there can we post some theoretical lists?

Look guys. I am going to close this actual thread & rename it just to avoid confusion! & it has nothing to do with political correctness. It was a good idea but a little premature & it has seems to have gone way off course.

Unfortunately several places have recently closed down (including some favourites), but new places are opening, some have changed owners, chefs, etc. Let's give them all a chance and wait until the season gets underway.

At this time of year a lot of people are booking their holidays and deciding WHERE to go and are visiting this forum for ideas. To keep our favourite places going, we need to promote the resort and encourage people to visit.

So please do carry on discussing the bars, cafes & restaurants and do post reviews when you've had the chance to visit this year.

Thanks a lot!
