Restaurants Now Open - 2009

It sounds as if places are starting to open again, so please could you start listing places that are open now & do include those that have been open all winter, so we get a full list (but please post reviews & trip reports separately).

Cafe Bon Dia opened yesterday. It's in Calle Bot opposite the Pollensa Park Hotel which is also open now as is Rosa's supermarket.

Open now and by no means an exhaustive list: -

Stay, Hibiscus, Cafe 1919, La Piazza, Bar Cultural, Makassar, Kashmir, Centric, Trio, Don Corleone, Cafe Daina, The Codfather (in its new location on Calle Llevant a few doors up from Tribeca), Neptuno, Pascalino.... and Burger King !

Opening shortly:- Corb Mari (today), Brisas, Na Ruxia

Not actually a restaurant but does anyone know when the Voramar supermarket is opening

I have friends going on Saturday with young children who needed to know closest super to Illa d'or area that was open

Store Formentor not open till April and god knows what wil happen with the small shop near the Bonanca this year

Just got back. Hells Kitchen, Centric, O Lume, S'almirant, Oliveras, Makkassar, La Piazza, Neptuno, Brisas, Tolos and the Doner Kebab shop all open most of the time.

Nicos, Little Italy, weekends only at moment. El Posito lunchtimes only

Bonys to open on the 20th March (with all drinks half price apparently), Mollies Cafe about to open, the Irish bars were preparing to open up for St Patricks day !!

Little Italy has just had it's big opening night. Suttons on the front line(normally open all year) has shut down suddenly. Can Costa in Pollenca due to open with a new Argentinian owner/chef. New cafe/bar opening in the square in the old town(wher the IBRed inernet office is. Yet another Chinese opening in the square in the port

Wow - some interesting information there! A new chef for Ca'n Costa? And the news about Sutton's is worrying. I really liked it there - they served a gorgeous Campari and lemonade for me one boiling hot August evening!

We will be coming out on 10th April. When we were over last July there was a sandwich shop adjacent to the roundabout opposite the marina. Unfortunately I can't remember its name. Does anybody know if it will be open?

The sandwich shop has been open through the winter.
I don't know if Suttons has closed permanently or if they are just having a holiday, there always seemed to be a few locals in there in the winter. We've had a few drinks in there and i hope they are only having a break it's friendly and clean.
