It was open today, at lunchtime. I took a picture but it was too large to upload.

Thanks for the responses, but what I’m missing is something from someone who has eaten there in the last month or so, and ideally can comment on how it compares with last year, maybe. I rarely read reviews on Tripadvisor and now I wish I hadn’t ! Na Ruixa isn’t the cheapest restaurant in town but over the years we’ve always found the food and ambience excellent, and usually treat it as a treat on our last night. Last year we got the impression that the older guy with the goatee beard (who gives the impression that he’s as miserable as sin but is actually a very nice/friendly person) and who ran the place, was winding down for retirement. Maybe he has now retired and someone else is in charge ?

I had to look on map to see where Na Ruixa was! We have walked passed it for over 20 years and always remark on how it is always seems busy. It appears to be locals eating there more than tourists, which is always a good sign, and yet we have never eaten there as it didn’t appear “child friendly”. Now the children are adults just wondering if it would make peoples top 10, and indeed worth a visit this year.

Joycey - unless someone replies to mine and says that the restaurant has gone downhill, we will definitely try and eat there again this year (with our granddaughters who are now 4 and 8 and have been eating there for years, and our grandson before that). Looking back through our photos, the restaurant even has high chairs ! I think that like most restaurants in PP, it is child friendly. It would make our top 10. I’m sorry that you’ve missed out on it for so long…
