Providing feedback about anything can be an art. Its often known as a sh1t sandwich.
My family and I used a rental property in PP only 3 weeks ago where on return i sent the 'contact/keyholder' an email providing both positive and developmental feedback about the property. We did not raise the issues at the time of our stay as we did not want to be the family at such a place that are complainers but felt the changes could me made for the benefit of the persons staying after us. Sadly, the contact/keyholder failed to even respond to my email. I will now avoid any rental property where that persons contact name is used.
Its a shame we cannot use feedback about properties as i for one would certainly use it
