Is Sant Elm the same place as Sant Telm on the map? What is Banyalbufa like? Also, completely diffeent part of the island, San Jordi?
Hubby says he cant wait to travel the roads that he hasnt been on before!!
Mmm. I think there may be conflicting ideas of a romantic day out going on here!!
It may be an idea to get a copy of one of the guide books. I like the Time Out ones - see Books, Maps, Travel Guides on Majorca or borrow one from the library.
Yes, thank you, we have a few already, but its always good to get reviews from people who have actually been there too isnt it?! Places tend to change after books have been written, and roads dont seem to be mentioned that much.
Banyalbufar and other villages around that area, are very pretty, similar to Deia, but not quite so pretentious, more 'genuine'. I suppose I mean it hasn't yet been taken over by chic cafes, restaurants and art galleries. The high coast road around that area gives fantastic views, and there are some wonderful miradors to stop and take photos at.
