I'm getting no signal on my sky box. Others in the building seem to by getting a signal so i suspect my ten year old box may have finally given up or theres a wiring issues to the box. I've been waiting for Confort to visit for over a week and just called them and they didnt seem to know when they could come. These were recommended to me, is there another company in the port i can call?

We had a similar problem with our very old sky box last year- we were told it was because it had not updated properly because we do not leave it connected when we are not in our apartment. The Infinity people were in our community at the time sorting out the new dish and he pressed a few buttons on the front of the box and it took several hours to update and then it worked! Maybe if you google 'update' for your type of box you may be able to do this and get it working. Hope this helps.
