Shops under Pollentia Mar

Hi everyone
I am new to the forum but not new to Puerto pollensa. We have been coming for about 15 years and love it, We have also introduced a lot of people and they also love it ( but how could you not!!) 8 years ago we were lucky enough to be able to purchase an apartment in the taylor Woodrow complex pollentia mar, just by the flora apartments. The shops underneath have always been empty but when we were there in May they were working on one of the corner shops I just wondered if any one knew what it was going to be?

We spotted that in May and June too but there was no indication of what the unit would be when finished. Hopefully, someone on the ground in PP will update us all in due course.

The two at the end have been rented by a Russian , who are going to turn it into a games arcade, video games, pool tables etc, good thing or not I dont know ? as there is already enough kids hanging round there, but maybe its better than empty units.

The best person to ask is the Admin company who look after the Apts. We looked at moving down there last year but its the same man who owns them all , and myself and another lady who wanted to relocate her shop didnt get a good feel for him as a landlord so we didnt bother. Its a shame they have been empty all this time as its a great location , maybe other people have looked and thought the same as us.
