so is hotel miramar food not that great?

read a few write ups on the internet, people saying the food wasn;t too great there, we are thinking of going there and wondered what you guys thought?

We've has mixed experiences with food at the Miramar ranging from average to very good ... never bad. The service is very good and we've never felt hurried or rushed there. Wine list is good but expensive. On the whole I'd say it was slightly overpriced in terms of food quality but not to the point of being silly ... nice place to just sit and people watch.

We ate there In Oct ,unfortunatly the food quality was poor, people watching in summer is excellant, with a new chef next year it could ake over from Pescadors
