[swimming pools in Pollensa]

Having been to Greece in the past, they allow non patrons to use hotel swimming pools (making bar revenue etc). Does this practice exist in pollensa?

The Bonanza swimming pool off the Formentor road behind / near the Hotel Illa D'Or welcomes swimmers who purchase drinks / snacks from the Bar. I'm sure there must be others who do the same. It's perhaps best to check at the time. I know that the Hotel Daina welcomes visitors at night to enjoy their cabaret by the pool, and operatates an outside bar (off the Pine Walk directly opposite the Hotel.) However... the sea along the Pine Walk beach is really warm and clear, and gently shelving. Enjoy your holiday!!!!1 8o

Swimming Pools

There is a public swimming pool at the back of El Pinaret. Small bar and usually quiet.
It is only open in the tourist season.
To find it, come away from the town towards Alcudia. There is a park on the right with a popular childrens playground (in front of the Guardia Civil).
Go right after the park. Go right to the end, turn right, and then left down a track to the pool.
