Re: Tango

Once again,
thanks to Tango for some fantastic meals recently. They helped make my daughters birthday so special, and when we returned a few nights later for a friends sons birthday party we had yet another great night. Marcos, Manolo, Luis and Paquita were so fantastic and Luis even made me try rabbit one lunch time when we popped in for a drink, although its not on their menu, it was actually tasty. I just had to tell myself I wasn't eating bunny.

Big thanks to all the staff for their kindness, they really have proved to be great friends yet again.

Tango

Hi guys

Just had to mention Tango as it has stayed off the front page for too long!!!

I would recommend here for New Years Eve but its probably fully booked now for this year but worth a try, i have always booked a table for new years eve in the summer as it is very popular.

Food wine and service always first class that night.

cheers

Tango

Pops,
Maybe there is a reason for Tango not hitting the front page.
I know this is only my opinion, but its not one of my favourites. Having said this, I did eat there fairly recently and the meal was ok,but I do have to agree with you with regards to the staff. They are very charming and I enjoyed good service.

Re: Tango

Flamencodancer girl do you know you are taking your life into own hands ha ha ha don't you know Pops is the Queen of Tango! ha ha ha
But I have to agree with Pops there are a few nice hot dishes in Tangos and not all of them are made of china

Re: Tango

Hi Flamencodancer,
Even though Tango isn't one of your favourite restaurants, glad you still visit, if not for the food, but for the atmosphere.

AND
Hi Just Joan,

your post made me laugh, Queen of Tango? I don't think so, I'm sure there are many other people worthy of that title, but it has to go to Paquita ( the owner), and there will soon be a princess too.

Hot dishes? I'm only interested in the edible ones l, tho I know what you mean ;)

Cheers

Tango

Have a lovely time. I'm sure you will.

I won't be there this year but if I was in PP at New Year I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Cheers
