How easy is it to get a taxi to collect you from villa(about 3 miles out of PP)and return you home late that evening?
How busy does it get in august late evening and can the a restuarant organise it.

Never had a problem. If you find one of the taxi drivers who speak good English (and lots of them do) you should be able to arrange it with no problem. Just go to the rank at the roundabout in the centre of port, ask around and get someone's card. They also seem to know most of the villas outside PP, but occasionally get stuck on some of the more remote ones.
