Terry's Car Hire - Great Service

We have now become regular users of Terry's Car Hire having seen them recommended by other members of the Forum. Always found them great value and never had a problem with a car before this visit.

While we were there this time our car developed a problem with the cooling system. I phoned Terrys and explained the problem and they immediately arranged for someone to come to us with a replacement car.

Terrys are based in C'an Pastilla but they were with me in Puerto Pollensa in about an hour and a quarter.

As we discovered the problem just as we arrived at the Illa D'Or for afternoon tea (highly recommended) and the replacement car arrived just as we finished we were not put out at all. We were very pleased with their service.

Terry's car hire

Can someone please let me know what their policy is on fuel. Is it full/full or full/empty?

Also do you pick the car up/drop off at the airport or are you transported to/from the airport ?
