Just popped in to say that myself and my bro both saw the Hustlers on Fri&Mon night (9th & 12th Sept), thoroughly enjoyed each evening. Great band!! Drummer spoke to me after Mon's gig and told me about his heart issues and I'd like to wish him very best of health for the future and to continue banging those skins for years to come.
Oh and if anyone could pass on a wee message of thanks to one of the female bar staff who I found to be simply stunning who paused to have her photo taken with me at the end of Mondays gig.... she told me her name was Bevianna?? I hope that's right, if not I blame excessive beer drinking for the memory loss. Anyhoo she rocks!!!

Hustlers and John Lynam
Coming out on Friday 14th October for 8 nights and just wondered if the Hustlers are going to be performing whilst we're there if so where. Also will John Lynam be performing at the Hideaway.

As far as i know they are still playing Fri and Mon in O'Haras and Hostal Paris on Sun. Not sure if they will be in KmZero that week though.

We are out for a few days at the end of this week and of course couldn't miss the hustlers
Apart from O'Haras on Friday which is of course not to be missed - where else will they be playing this week ?
Anyone any idea? ...... I am assuming they have stopped playing at Laguna by now

Hi CD as far as know they are still playing O'Haras = Fri/Mon, Shamrock =Sat, Hostal Paris =Sunday and KmZero every other Thur.

Winter gigs.
Have just had an email from the Hustlers with their winter gigs.
Fridays @ O'Haras from 22.30pm.
Saturdays @ Shamrock, Alcudia from 21.30pm.
Sundays @ Hostal Paris from 21.30pm.

I am afraid i have some bad news for you Hustlers fans, at the end of this month Chris Anthony will be leaving the band and Mallorca, he is going to live and work in France. His last gig will be in the Hostal Paris on the 27th November.

We will miss you, Chris, very much, such an excellent performer, as are the rest of the band. He has such an excellent voice, lead guitar and song repertoire. Good luck in France, Dorothy and I will be "Comfortably Numb" without you.
I hope the Hustlers will continue maybe with Guillermo taking over? whenever given the opportunity or played solo (Flora) he always wowed the audience.

Yes GL i agree with all you say and i wish good luck to Chris and his lovely wife in their new life.
As for the Hustlers i do hope they carry on, Guillermo besides being a great musician/singer is PP born and bred so i am sure we will not have seen the last of him.

Have just recieved this from The Hustlers :-

This is up there with Robbie leaving Take That, Cantona leaving United and Dianne leaving cheers in terms of disappointment
However though I wish Chris well and every success in France lets hope The Hustlers fair as well as Take That,United and Cheers did ........ The star may leave but the show Goes on

Thanks Chris for making mine, my families and my friends frequent trips to PP all the more enjoyable ........ Without doubt you guys are the best band I have ever seen for free and better than many I have paid to watch

Agree with all the comments above. What a great band - and lovely people too as well!

Hostal Paris was full to bursting point last night with people out in the street too. unfortunately I did not get any photos but I saw alot of cameras so I am sure that someone will post a few photos later. The atmosphere was fantastic. For anybody that could not make it you missed out on a really good night.
