Last night we went to the new part of Maxim's which is situated between their two existing restaurants. Claudia and Lorenzo the waiter gave us a very warm welcome, i love the subdued lighting which changes colour, it gave the place a cozy feel and the background music was ideal for dining. They intend to be open all year and Claudia told us about their future plans for all 3 places.

We shared a plate of calamari and tartare sauce to start and both had the entrecote in pepper sauce served with chips and padron peppers, all the food was very tasty and well presented. We washed it down with a bottle of Monopole and also had a glass of Rose Cava on the house, the bill was 54€ :D.

Here are a few photos :-

I also went to Maxim's Bistro last night with my parents! We couldn't recommend it more highly. The ambience, service and quality of food was first rate.

My mother and I both went for Cod in Tempura with Red Peppers & Homemade Fries which were mixed with pimientos de padron. My father went for the Entrecôte in Pepper Sauce which was also served with Homemade Fries mixed with pimientos de padron.

For dessert my mother went for a Tiramisu and my father for crepes with vanilla ice cream and caramel. I went for a more understated double espresso and Suau 25!

We will definitely be returning!
