Has anybody had the same problem as myself by not being able to create a new account to join the tapas bar???It is sooooo annoying>: We all know the reasons why jane set up the new forum but i have to say i think it has made the P.P.forum that bit poorer in as much as my old mates Bonez jiggy peru etc etc seem to spend more time on on live chat there than the Pollensa forum.So me old muckers spare a thought for old sleepy he misses the banter and the gossip!!!!!

Hi Sleepy,

I'm sorry you've had problems joining the Tapas Bar. As a Local User you need to create another Local Account using a different email address (eg. Hotmail or Yahoo) and then pick another Local user name, eg Sleepybobby2.

You could also create a Global account by using a new email address and then you could use all the EZboard message forums without any problem. Again, you would need to have a new username.

I don't think the PP forum is any poorer because of the Tapas Bar. It just means that all non-PP related messages can be posted there which leaves the PP forum for what it's intended - a helpful site where people can find out information about Puerto Pollensa.

If anyone has any difficuulties accessing the Tapas Bar please let me know and I'll do everything I can to help. I'm also sure that Tapas Bar members, who've created new accounts will be more than willing to help as well. After all, they've been through the process and will know the best way to do it.

The Tapas Bar is for everyone and we really do want to see more members there.

Please, dont give up trying, i think weve all had problems getting onboard the Tappas Bar, but with our help, i'm sure we can sort it.

Janes right, you're going to have to register using a different email address (i created a new Hotmail account, it was simple) and alter your username very slightly to something that no-one else has (sleepy2 / jonquet2 )

As jane said, If you still have trouble, dont hesitate to send one of us a ez message. but most of all dont give up!!
