Nighmare- forecast here shoeing bad tomorrow as well through Mon morning but dry and bright afterwards so fingers crossed here's hoping. And its been lovely here in Belfast today

Yellow alert for coastal phenomena!!!.
Hola amigos. Yes Fil it is awful isn't it and as you said there's plenty more to come. We also have a strong ENE wind and a yellow alert for CP.
The pressure is 1002.
The humidity is 95%.
The UV index is 6.
The sun rises at 6.50am and sets at 8.40pm approx.
The temperature is 14c.
Yesterdays low was 11c and the high was 17.5c.

If anyone saw a Balearia Ferry travelling up the Torrent towards Pollensa yesterday morning, it was us being given a lift to our cottage. The captain said a boat would be more suitable than driving!! Bit damp I think but at least it has stopped raining now and we can actually see the hills around us.........and not just low clouds!

Just when I'm back in the UK.
We fly home tomorrow afternoon, however the last few days have just been a slight inconvenience as we will be back in June, I do feel sorry for the families who are here and this may be this years holiday! As we walked to cappuccino today we saw a family who's five year old was wearing his sunglasses in the rain

I am vey happy to say that the sun has just this minute returned!
Accu weather showed that it was due to be full sunshine at 8pm this evening, although not quite full sunshine just yet, but it's able to poke its way through at last.
Also, we have fished hundreds of worms out of the pool that appeared yesterday. Does it really rain worms here, or are they just suicidal?

When alls said and done the poor weather is not unusual for April, you can be lucky and get great weather (2nd and 3rd week) or very poor weather (the last week). I'm afraid choosing a holiday around now is a bit of a "pig in a poke", you never know what you'll get! A pity for anyone who chooses this month for their holiday, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone weatherwise, too changeable.
