Turn up the side of the Ivy Garden, it's on the next corner. Not expensive but wouldn't particuarly recommend it. We stayed for years at an appartment immediately opposite, and it's never very busy. It has a large outdoor/garden area but I would say it lacks atmosphere.

Naciente

Without a doubt one of the BEST restaurants in the Port. Very consistant both for quality and service. A firm favourite with the local Majorcians which in my opinion is the best recommendation any restaurant can have!

Apart from 1 month over the Christmas period Naciente is open all year round. One of the few with enough support to warrant it!

For those of you who have never eaten there-you don't know what you are missing!

Well said Gina - This has been my favourite for the past 20 years.

Naciente has a beautiful garden setting which is quite unique in the Port. It is one of our favourite restaurants as the staff are very helpful and pleasant and the food and wine is a very reasonable price.
One of their specialities is sizzling T-bone steak. As Gina39UK says, Naciente is very popular with local people.
Thoroughly recommend it.

We had some take away pizza's from Naciente this year and they were absolutely gorgeous. The children were desperate to go back for a proper meal in their lovely garden, but we never quite managed it.

Staff were very friendly as well.

Certainly is - sat by it many a time, then had to move because we got too hot!! LOL!!
