  • Thread starter Thread starter mwc
  • Start date Start date
Expect this thread to gather steam again shortly, as the influx of visitors starts for the new season to sample the great restaurants & food on offer. Be very interesting to see who changes allegiances

Laroc may have been in there but for the prices (esp Seafood Spaghetti)

The owners of Tribeca assure me they are not up for sale and are now open again for the season.

Based on our week there in september so loads we haven't tried -

1) Los Zarzales
2) Corb Mari
3) C'an Josep

wasnt someone going to do a league table on this so many points for 1st etc. That would be interesting provided I didnt ave to do it!:)

Having been a regular visitor like most on this site, I would be interested to know what are your own top 3 restaurants in PP.

El Posito will take some beating for value ,especially at lunch.

Stay for quality & service even if a bit ponsey.

The Cellar place on the road out.Tradition & food.

Does anyone remember Celler Es Group in Sinue? with the old owners probably the best in Majorca on a wednesday.

my top 3 are
O'Lume
Los Zarzales
Stay

all good special meals with all the little touches but all still do MDD with food just as delicious at good prices

Wow! That's a tricky one but, I would go for... (and of course in no particular order)

1.Guru
2.O'Lume
3.Nico's

:D

Come on people, as the holiday season is upon us again & people return, let's see if anyone is changing loyalty to there top 3.

I put this in my trip report a few posts down now.

1. Los zarzarles
2. El Posito
3. Tangos/Stay

lunchtimes for me is the Torre Playa

most dissapointing was Tolos

We were in Puerto Pollensa at the beginning of June with two small children. For overall good food, service and child friendliness we found:

1. Los Zarzales - the lady of the house has a very warm welcome and the food was the nicest experienced this holiday.
2. Ca'n Josep - fanastic - Senor Fantastic's dry wit makes the place and was a great hit with our children.
3. Restaurant Llenaire - the new decor and menu may put off some of the older regulars but have to say we found the food to be excellent.

Based on our trip in April/May..................tricky, but would have to say,

Joint 1st - Los Zarzales & O'Lume

a very close 2nd or 3rd - Latitude (old town)

top 3 in 2010

Based on our recent stay 7th to 18th June

1. Hells Kitchen
2. Los Pescadores
3. Brisa Marina/Ca'n Josep (joint 3rd)

Great thread....not enough time now to read all the replies but will do later!
OK, only been once, for 2 weeks...just got back...so plenty of places for us still to try inc Tango, Guru, Joker and LOADS more...

Our top 3 from just one visit 1) BBQ Lounge 2) Stay 3) Tolo's

This is based on food, service, atmosphere and how easy it was to eat with our daughter......
x Amber

Actually thats a very good point you have brought up Amber.
It may be useful for everyone to just put by the side of their chosen restaurants what the group was; couple, group of friends/family adults, or with children etc. It would just give a little more info of environment.
