Tradesman/keyholder needed

Does anyone know of reliable tradesmen to do odd jobs or anyone local who will act as a keyholder in the area?

I know this post has gone out before, but all the replies are missing!!

Hi

We use Martin Aplin at BHI group who looks after the apartment if anything needs repairing. We pay a yearly retainer and he goes in each month to check it over. He s worth his weight in gold we have no worries about our apartment and trust him completely.
