Our short trip Report also !
Been back 2 weeks but very busy so here it is
Arrived on time at Palma Was slow at the Airport but can see the improvements they are trying to make at Passport Control
Great trip to PP with ZaZa Taxis dropped the cases and straight to Tolos initially to have a bottle of Rose looking at that fabulous view then decided to share seafood Pizza which was fantastic Quick shop unpack then sleep on the beach Well we had got up at 3am !!
Went out early and got a table at Stay Very Very busy then Norai with Disaster Duo Really good
We did try a few new Restaurants (for us ) Mediteranni The food was excellent but service chaotic 2 tables of 4 who came in 30 mins after us had their food and we hadnt had order taken ! We always try to eat where the music is on as want to keep it going and will try again in September
A tip off the Forum was Blind Paella at the Yacht Club and we ate there twice and really enjoyed it Very peaceful and good food and wine
Marina by the Daina was a first for us also but OK only for food and service and with so much choice in the Port we wont go again
We ate twice in Borras when Hustlers were on and love their salads and get a great welcome
Tiberi as normal for burger and chips ! Stay again Packed again
Our only disappointment was music cancelled for Football but as we are coming again in September hopefully it will have finished by then Thanks Gordon for all the info you provide on performances
Didnt see any evidence of empty Restaurants The complete opposite The front looks amazing now all that space to walk on The beach yes more empty sunbeds but the Beach Guys said they think it is to do with the Football and all inclusive Lots more people with their own beds and umbrellas We were very careful crossing the roads with the bikes !
So lovely rest lots of morning walking and on that fabulous beach every afternoon and swimming every day
