Hi,

We are staying in a villa along the road from Pollenca to Alcudia (MA 2201) What is the best route to take to get to Valdemossa. I know you can go via the mountain scenic route via LLuc but is there a more direct/quicker route that could be recommended also.

If you like a hairy, scary drive this is the route to go, only make sure you go on a clear day and allow yourself plenty of time to travel. If you want a less scary drive, head towards Palma and you will see Valdemossa signposted just on the outskirts. Sorry I can't be more specific about road numbers etc but it is fairly easy to find. Enjoy, whichever route you choose, it's worth the journey.

A visit to Valdemossa is well worth it and the LLuc route is very scenic and well worth it you can always return by the main road route.
