Villa Concha Apartments

Can anyone tell me what these apartements are like?
We are going in a couple of weeks and I have read good and bad reviews on other sites!
I also e-mailed them requesting a ground floor apt. because of my husband being disabled and got a very off hand e-mail back from the receptionist, saying basically, pot luck now you have booked it.

Stayed here about 10 years ago when kids were young and came on holiday with us. They were very friendly and clean in a quiet residencial area approx 3 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to centre of PP. Wife and I called in for a drink in May and they still looked the same, have a good holiday.

We stayed at these apartments 3 years ago & they were nice apartments. Visited last year & noticed that they had moved the stage for the entertainment inside becuase they used to get a lot of complaints for the mayor of PP who stays across the road about the noise at night. Enjoy your stay

Thanks, I have now returned from our holiday. These apartments are great, clean, well equiped and newly decorated with new furnishings.
Loved puerto pollensa as much as last time and will definitley be returning. I have never been to the same place more than once until finding this gem of a place.
