Villa Required

Hi, I have been to Pollensa a couple of time with my wife and really enjoyed it.

This year we would like to visit with our families (8 adults and 2 babies), so would need a villa with 4 double rooms +, or two villas close to each other.

We got stung last year and booked an apartement that didnt exists so want to book something reputable.

Any advices would be most welcome

Have a look under the private villas/apts to rent section on this website we have booked private apartments the last few years now and have never had a problem

Hi Gavin,

as mentioned above we have a large number of villas advertised by their owners & agents. Although we are not able to offer any guarantees, I can tell you that we have been running the site since 2001 and have NEVER had any any complaints that the properties did not exist. We take an annual advertising fee for each property. If there are any that interest you, you can always contact us & I can let you know how long they have advertised with us. I hope that this goes some way to reassure you.

I agree lots of nice villas on this site of the size you require, have a look it gives you a chance to liaise with the owners themselves.

Gavin.. Have a look at the Lavinia appts in Bellresguard. Amazing space, the one we stayed in last year with our 5 boys and my parents was perfect.
2 bedrooms with 6ft beds
1 bedroom with twin beds
1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds
huge kitchen
3 bathrooms

Truly perfect.
When I looked for last year I looked at villas but as we didn't want a car they were all a little out of the way for us.

We've booked a villa with Villa Plus on two occasions and had no complaints. The villas are usually of a very high standard and we had great holidays. I can recommend them.

went with vp 2 years ago, good villa, & very good service

We had a couple of niggles:

iron didn't work, they delivered a new one within an hour

couldn't get ITV the day of the Champions League final ( not bothered otherwise), they arranged for a new satellite dish to be fitted that afternoon

we popped into their office in PP whilst passing for a chat, v friendly people

we are renting from them again this year, & I would recommend them

only caveat - take a couple of loo rolls to get you started - our villa didn't have any when we arrived!

I too will recommend them. We used them 6 years ago and they couldnt do enough to help us. A bit expensive maybe but well worth it.
