All of the reservoirs on the island are more or less full, so all the underwater wells(where the private companies get their water from)must be too, weve had the wettest winter for ever, so they put the prices up.On the other point I think you will find that whether or not you have meters installed privately, the council will charge you for them.Gesa certainly do.
