Where are they now??

Right!!!
Here's a little challenge... (don't know if i'm posting this in the right place ... but ...)

If anyone was an avid viewer of 'Passport to the sun' , you will no doubt remember the 'story of Jake and Elwood Blues and their tribute to the great blues brothers.

In September '04 on our last night in alcudia, we stumbled across an advert saying they would be playing at the tropical golf place in alcudia (which we discovered is now closed)..so. off we trundled for the last.. and probably best night of the holiday... Jake and Elwood were fantastic, they let us film their act and we had (as you do) a good old chat and photo's at the end of the show...
Now, they said for the following winter months that they would be going to sheffield to do some shows and then returning to the island during the summer months.. but we've never been able to find them since... the last i saw was an article in the sun newspaper about them being given the right to officially wear their costume and have their name (ie: jake blues/ elwood blues) on their driving licenses... now i just wonder where they've got to,, they are obviously still around somewhere but i can't find them |I
Can anyone enlighten me ??

Now thats a coincedence!! At 12noon I watched an episode of passport to the sun on UKtv Style S256 & NTL 407. The "blues bros " were in it and were appearing at the tropical gardens at cala d'or. Problem is as it was a repeat I've no idea what year it was. Anyway I was just pleased to watch it again. Roll on september

Lucky you Bee, if i was able to go on holiday in sept too i would be able to look for them !!
The series you were watching i think was june-august '03... i am a sado... i have every episode on video !!!!!
will be watching them over and over in sept' while the other half is out there enjoying himself !!
Anyway... anyone else know where they may be now??
