Vila Oasis Closed?

Someone mentioned on Facebook that Vila Oasis (formerly Balaixa) has closed for good. Is this true? It would be a real shame as its a beautiful setting and potentially could be a real favourite

I do not know if it is closed permanently but it is not open for business at the moment because there is an issue with the lease holder, the owner and a third party. I also believe that there are some major problems with the actual building.

Last month they advertised their assets for sale on Facebook....tables,chairs,cooking implements,glasses,plants etc.
