Have lost count of the number of meals i have had in El Ancla over the years, can honestly say that i have never had a bad one. In my opinion they do the best paella in the Port, the lamb and the duck in orange are both fantastic and large. If you are in a hurry though, go somewhere else because Leo is a very laid back guy and so is the service which is great because it gives you time to take in the view of the "Puppy in the Mountain" .

Can someone please tell me what "Puppy in the mountain" refers to. I have seen this in a few posts and am totally in the dark. Am I missing the obvious. I realize the above is an old post but I have seen this puppy mentioned recently also. Any clues anyone.
