Hi, can anyone tell me how to use the Government website to find out what the Cadastral value is of my property? I don't have a paper record of my Local and bin tax which might have it on.

From memory, the website will require your cadastral reference. If you previously paid this via the bank, you may find attached within your bank statement PDF showing the reference. Failing that, a visit to your local Agencia Tributaria (atib), such as C/ de Ramón y Cajal, 2 07460 Pollença.

Thanks for that. I've found the reference number any idea what the Government website is?

Success! Found the article and worked my way through the Website. I now have the correct Cadastral Value for my Spanish Tax forms in October. Can't believe I'm this organised. Must get out more. Thanks for all the advice above.

I wish to find the Cadastral Value of my property in PP. Unfortunately i cannot visit PP.
I understand the information is on Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears - A.T.I.B. 577 which I have accessed. However I have not been able to access the information. Could anyone please help me?
This might help:

Sede Electrónica del Catastro

If it is for Renta de No Residentes (formulario 210) go here:
