I was wondering if anyone could advise me as to the best people to contact with a view of long term rental i.e. apartments/villas etc. in PP and surrounding areas. Rental being 1 year +.

You are welcome, even though the private rentals may appear to be just holiday lets it is worth enquiring about long term, i am sure some of them would consider it.

I wish I could pop into your office, but unfortunately at home in Rainy Scotland. Looking at May next year, and at present trying to find out long term costs etc for apartments/ villas for 1 possibly 2 years.

I had no idea, I thought you were nicely settled here now. Bear in mind that in May you will be looking at summer rentals and much higher rates. For all year round you really need to find something now or at best Feb/March time. I shall send you an email tomorrow from the office. If it makes you feel any better its been raining cats and dogs for the last 24hrs.

Hi JMD40,
I noticed that were getting wild and stormy weather. The problem is that in the West of Scotland its like that for most of the year!!!
Any help re rentals would be very much appreciated.
