3 bed apartment in PP required in June 2007

I would like to rent a 3 bed apartment in PP next June (9th to 23rd).
It needs to be child friendly and also grandparent friendly. My parents are mobile but can't manage too many stairs.
Would like to be near the beach. We are happy to walk into town in the evenings. A car park space would be useful as we will hire a car.
Can anyone help or recommend a suitable place.
I guess I may be asking for too much when I say that we would like a lovely place to stay without it costing the earth.
