3 bedroom apartment in central PP.

I'm looking to buy a 3 bedroom apartment ideally with roof terrace or large balcony in central PP.
Don't mind if it needs a bit of renovation.
Any advice welcome.

Not sure what type of price you're looking for, or if you need views etc but I know of a large 3 bedroomed apartment on Juan XXIII, with a large roof terrace and a balcony. It definitely needs updating - the tiling is a bit old-fashioned looking etc but it's a good size and is for sale through Mundo Mediterraneo (office on the front and a website) I think for 160,000. It's been for sale for a good while though so I reckon you'd get it for quite a bit less than that Central to beach, town, markets etc.
