As long as it caters for adults as well as "teeny-boppers" otherwise it's a no-go for me !!!

Lol ....that's what I am hoping, for adults instead of teeny-boppers would be even better!:)

We used to like going her back in the 70s and early 80s - their steaks were great.

Was it not called Petit Paris for a while?

GG, i have heard Petit Paris mentioned before so i asked Toni in El Posito today and he says that it was in the old O Lume location. :)

It was Sparky! Dined in there a couple of times, very elegant. Then it became a Chinese restaurant, the starter one for the Luna/Pascalino. Then, O' Lume.

Thanks Smiddy, i can remember the Chinese it used to go right through from C/V. Del Carmen to C/J.Cosa and had entrances in both streets.:)

It's strange but I seem to remember Petit Paris being on the other side of the road to the old O Lume location. It was about 25 years ago so there's plenty of scope for me to be wrong! Next time I'm out I must have a wander down there and see if it stirs anything in what's left of my memory!

I certainly remember Can Pep though and had some good times in there.

I thought it was on the other side of the road from O Lume as well
My memory of it is a bit cloudy but I can stlll picture the pretty frontage and the sign saying Petit Paris. Flowers round an arched doorway or am I totally deluded?

Just a different entrance, there was 2, as Sparky has pointed out in a previous post.

Anyway, "back on topic"!!! any more news re this Buddha bar/nightclub set-up or whatever it's gonna be ????

Cheers.

No Nick i have tried to get more info but to no avail, i guess we will have to wait until the 28th when it is due to open. ;)

It is opening at 10pm on Sat 28th they have a lineup of dj's and bands. The furniture has been arriving the last few days, also a lifesize elephant now stands on the terrace

Is it one of those sexual clubs? as the rumour goes,I for one will not be entertaining its facilities if it is ,although I appreciate the port has to cater for all needs.

That "sexual club" comment has made my day..............that with the thought of an elephant outside........this place I just gotta see !!!!
