Airport Transfer

I wonder if anyone can help ...I have been helping a friend book a short break (they are actually going to Porto Cristo) and need to book them transfers from/to the airport..The best price so far is Resort Hoppa and the next is A2B transfers .My friend has some mobilty problems having suffered a stroke a few years ago -can anyone give any advice on either of these companies..are they ok ,what is the procedure when you get to Palma etc..
I have only used taxi transfers to PP so I have no experience of either.
Will be grateful for any help here...

Shuttle Direct left me stranded on my homeward journey in May 2008, i ended up having to get a taxi to Palma. After several Emails from me which they never replied to i gave up, so i really can't recommend them .

This is why recommendation is so important. We need to feed from others experiences.
Shuttle Direct will be off my list now but I do have to say that Resort Hoppa, who we have used a few times have been very good.

thanks very much,I knew someone would know it is a worry when you are sorting a trip for someone else especially when they have a disability.she will be travelling with her daughter but the last thing she needs would be to have to try and cope with no transport.I will probably go with resort hoppa.

Hi CathB, I have used Resorthoppa few times now and they have always been prompt and efficient. Their desk at the airport is just opposite exit door ' C ' and all staff speak very good english.
