Applying for a Tourist Rental License

We have been lucky enough to reach an agreement within our community at our annual meeting a couple of weeks ago to apply for the tourist rental license for our apartment.

Has anyone applied recently either themselves or using an agent/agency?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
