Hi
Having booked car hire through Holiday Autos the car will be provided by Atesa Spain, just wondering if anyone has used them before any feedback would be much appreciated.

Regards Neil

Atesa are fine IMO - they are better known in the UK as National and they are part of the Alamo Group. Their kiosk is situated in the arrivals hall at Palma airport alongside the other main firms, generally little or no queue however this is the first time I have heard of Holiday Autos using them so maybe Atesa/National are providing a better price - perhaps they may have more customers as a result. Cannot remember exactly (on ground floor of car park) where their cars are stored as the operators keep changing their allocated areas but they are within walking distance of the arrivals hall.

Picked up an Atesa car yesterday. Absolutely excellent. :)

Booked through Travel Republic, which was fronting for Holiday Autos, which in turn brokered the arrangement to Atesa.

1) Minimal queue at the desk so we were in and out very quickly.

2) As there is just the two of us this time, we'd booked a 2-door 'compact' and somehow ended up with a brand new Citroen C3 4-door, which is a most impressive car.

3) The deal on fuel is full-to-full, so no rip-off fuel charges.

Gets 11 out of 10 on my score card. :)

I've got to agree with Rich. We booked a car through Holiday Autos from 9th July for a very reasonable rate. We walked past the huge queues at Record and Goldcar and waited only a couple of minutes to get sorted at the Artesa desk. Really polite and helpful staff (to be fair I've always found the overworked Record staff very helpful) and we were in a brand new Peugeot 207 with only 2,000kms on the clock. Again, the 'full to full fuel tank' also saved us about 30 euros. Excellent!
