I agree, the meat at Plaza 1 is excellent, especially the Japones cut as mentioned above. One can’t go wrong at the Corb Mari, Na Ruixa, Stay and Can Josep either.
Probably one of the best though was at La Vall, whose owners sister is married to the owner of the excellent butcher across the road, who learnt his trade at the famous but now closed butchers in Pollensa town run by the Enseñat family.
For an above average T bone at an excellent price, I don’t think one can beat the ones served at Borras, cooked, or better said grilled, by Julio who is originally from Argentina.
His wife, who works at the Yacht Club restaurant agrees !
