Thank you.
I've never heard anything from Norton...

Didn't spot an egg in Roettenbach this morning, but what looked like a little head bobbing up from the deep nest.
If so, it should become more obvious, with the frequent feeding times.

Definitely two little heads this morning vying for food in the Roettenbach nest.

From the comments below the camera on the Roettenbach website -
April 23, 2025: First and second chicks visible (8 days later than last year)
April 24, 2025: Three chicks visible

Weather in Roettenbach is looking good for the little stork chicks. Some light rain forecast for today and tomorrow, but otherwise dry and warm from this weekend on for at least another week.

I finally got my timing right....4 wee heads bobbing up and down in Rottenbach nest!
Didn't get a peek at the chicks at all yesterday, but just caught them having lunch in Roettenbach today.

The dedicated nest watchers from Roettenbach are reporting seeing 5 chicks since 27 April.

I can only just about see the odd head popping up, since the stork parents added more straw and made the nest deeper again.
Weather forecast remaining favourable for Roettenbach for the next two weeks, with warm/mild temperatures and almost no rain.

Guess what I'll be doing later!

Hungry bunch. They do grow quick!
I finally had time today to watch the nests!
Rottenbach 4 bigger chicks and another wee soul trying to compete.
Lindheim- 1st egg of 4 hatched- a tiny wee thing.
Hochstadt- 4 chicks , again a wee one being swamped by the others!
Isn't nature wonderful....
