We have booked up for a week in the C'an Silver apartments right opposite the beach in the soutern part of the town.
Does anyone have any feedback on them as the usual sites have no feedback whatsoever ?

Anything would be appreciated.
Cheers.

Are they the Apartments right next to this childrens play park? Don't worry that won't have any effect on your holiday if they are. Someone I knew stayed two weeks there while we were in PP. If I can remember they are very spacious and right across from the beach. Superbly located. You will enjoy it.

C'an Silver Apartments

They are right on the sea front in the Llenaire area. We used to stay next door in a Villa and know people that used to stay in the C'an Silver year on year at the same time as us. I have been inside one and it looked really nice. This area is lovely as it is fairly quiet. There are two restaurants next door - one within the Hotel Galleon and other is the Bar Llenaire. Not eaten at the Galleon but can really reccomend the Bar Llenaire. Good food and friendly staff. The play park is actually about 5 - 10 minutes walk from the C'an Silver - about half way into the port - but a nice stroll!

Sorry, I must have got mixed up with Apartments but I do recommend the Galeon as the quality of food is excellent!

C'an Silver

Just a wee update upon our return from Puerto Pollensa, the C'an Silver apartments are ideally placed for the beach with a lovely walk or bus ride into the centre. The interior was spacious, well presented and suitably equipped. On the less positive side, with the beach front location you need a high tolerance of traffic noise at most times of the day (and night) and the maid service was cursory to say the least. The bed clothes were not changed at all throughout our week and with the soaring Med temperatures (and no air con) these really should have had the moisture wrung out at least.
The resort itself can't be faulted but the standard of food in some of the restuarants left alot to be desired.
Bar LLenaire was the best we experienced.
If you don't want to pay double the price for drinks then stay away from Mulligans (as I hope most of you would already - we had arranged to meet some people there and nearly choked at the cost of a round of drinks).

All in all a relaxing holiday, apart from the drive up through the hills to Soller and beyond.

Re: C'an Silver

I am reading these postings with interest. We have booked into the Pollensa Park apartments with Direct Holidays. In their brochure they state these apartments are formerly C'an Sivella and Bellemar two blocks of apartments next to each other. The C'an Sivella consists of 8 apartments and the Bellemar 27. As of yet we don't know which block we will be in but the brochure states all apartments have air conditioning. This is very important seeing as we are going summertime next year!! Is the C'an Sivella apartments the same as C'an Silver. I am getting quite confused!!:rolleyes

C'an Silver

The C'an Silver apartments have only 4 units so I presume that the Sivella is different. Hmmm, Air conditioning !!!!!!!
