Car hire in the Port

Can someone please tell me what car rental companies are available in the port that will allow the car to be picked up in the port and dropped off at the airport. My daughter and family are arriving late on a Sunday night (around midnight) and not all companies are open. Alternative would be to get a taxi from airport and hire in the port the following day. Thanks in advance

If you do rent from a company in the Port, still book online and print a voucher to avoid the excessive "walk in" rates demanded by companies!

For the last few visits I have used Hiperrentacar, who have an office in the Port and the airport.

We have used Resorthoppa from the airport to PP then collected the car from Hiper the following morning.
An altogether civilised arrangement - no stress queuing with the masses at the airport, then having to find the car in the car park whilst dragging the cases around.

Previously, prices were very competitive, occasionally verging on the 'cheap as chips' level. Unfortunately, at the moment, prices for August are eyewatering - as are the other operators prices. Fingers crossed they will stabilise to affordable levels in due course.

I would give Hiper in the Port 5*. The staff are top notch.

Thanks for all your replies. They have managed to book with Vanrell from airport so hope they manage the drive from airport to Port in the dark. This will be their first experience of driving from the airport
