This little restaurant is situated opposita L'Arca where we had been going to but found it closed on the day we went.
We thought Ca's Capella looked cosy and inviting and as we had just had a blustery walk around the wall of the town and needed food and drink we went in.
We weren't dissappointed! The set menu del dia was 8 euros including wine. I had roasted vegetables to start which were delicious..They had the thinnest lightest batter on them and I personally think they were more deep fried :b but not at all greasy. The other starter was calamari and both portions were huge, more like main courses.
For mains we all had chicken breast with garlic and herbs and the BEST chips ever. This was washed down with a very exceptable red wine.
The atmosphere was friendly and buzzing..crowded with tourists (us !) ex pats and locals
A good find for lunch after market day.
