Traditional Roast Turkey & Glazed Baked Ham, chipolatas, devils on horseback, chestnut & sage stuffing, roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, parsnips, carrots and broccoli.

Merluza Mahon Mornay mmm…Boneless fillets of Hake wrapped in Mahon cheese & zucchini served on a bed of mashed potatoes and buttered leeks in a creamy champagne sauce.

Thanks Lollipop, i knew they were going to close for a break in March but hadn't realised they would be open for Christmas, will have to pop over and ask what hours they will be open and what they will have on the menu .

Yes nothing on show inside the restaurant other than the notice that says about being open.

Went to La Roda last night and they told me they will open for lunch only on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, hopefully i will have the menu next week. Boxing Day will be normal hours.

Casa Vila are going to do a 6 course meal which includes a glass of wine, bread, ali oli, olives and coffee for 25€ per person.

Jiggs they are not so quick as the UK to put up the deccies here, Christmas is quite understated in comparison which i like, i think it has become far too commercialised everywhere else, here there is no shopping frenzy .

Ragdollabbi i will try to get some photos tonight when i go out but my camera is not very good so please don't expect photos of the same quality that some of our members share on here .

Sparky, that's the way it should be.....!! Some of the shops here have had their Christmas decorations, gifts etc on sale since September. As you say it has become too commercialised and people go crazy shopping for weeks on end

Leroy Merlin, Al Campo have lots of decorations on sale and Al Campo has more toys than ever !! and a Santa sitting for children to have pictures taken with him. Lights and a large tree plus merry go rounds at Festival Park. But all much lower key than UK.

Can Balache are closed for Christmas Eve/Day and Boxing Day and New Years Eve/Day but they are holding a Christmas Party on Sunday 22nd from 8.30pm with Live Music, nibbles, prize for best festive outfit .
