Easyjet Summer 2014

Last year it was about December the 7th ish. They get on my nerves. summer 2014 flights but only up until sept 13th. Before they got a virtual monopoly they could not release them fast enough.

So, In the last few months they have moved it on one whole day. What a joke.:mad:
 
Have booked and paid deposit on apartment for October and need flights too. Hope they are released soon as Jet2 are pretty expensive at the minute:(
 
Ragdollabbi I gave in and booked Ryanair! They had better flight times than easyJet and were so much cheaper than Jet2 who I like but we got return to Edinburgh for what Jet2 wanted for the outbound sector! Happy hunting!
 
Was this for October anne10aber? We don't mind travelling to Newcastle if the price is right, in fact that's where we usually fly from, except October there got a flight from Glasgow (reasonably cheap) and came back to LPL!! Hubby not keen on Ryanair so I must admit I haven't looked at their prices at all. I am fed up waiting on EJ though:rolleyes:
 
Same her with Ryanair but for our summer June 21st to 3rd July £350 for 2. We are going to an apartment with a washing machine so hand baggage does. Buy what you need in PP. The September and October flights are out as we are possibly booking got PP. Just a wee point I have had £12 return from Prestwick to Palma from Ryanair. Does what he says on the tin!
 
We are unfortunately tied to school holidays so I guess we wouldn't get a £12 return with any airline at that time, although returns from LPL in October this year were not much more than that.....unfortunately we had already booked:rolleyes: Just need to be patient and wait on EJ;)
 
Hope you find the flight you want. I would watch as my £12 were during easter school holidays. I ended up with a sneaky wee Monday to Friday visit to PP with my daughter and her friend.
 
According to my diary, EJ released flights up to 26th October 2013 on 6th Dec last year. Flights between Oct 27th and March 2nd were released on 27/3/13. Now that's ok for half term in Scotland but for half term in the rest of the UK it's rubbish. Last year I booked a one way flight to Palma from Bristol at a very good price for the 25th Oct but three months later, when the return leg was bookable, the price was ridiculously high, I ended up booking a Ryanair flight, much cheaper than EJ but I cant say I enjoyed the experience. The flight attendants were taking the p..s out of all the customers, it was very obvious and not an experience I would pay for again!
 
Oh well, looks like EJ are going to be later in releasing their flights this year:( To be perfectly honest I am fed up watching and waiting, checking once or twice every day.....just in case. Their FB page has the same message every day...."they are still working on the schedule":rolleyes: How long does it take them to sort out their schedule one wonders:confused:
 
I see that EJ s chief executive has just received 6.3 million in wages with her second in command getting over 2. Something .
Surely no one person deserves that money? They could reduce their flights cost with that money.
I find it absolutely disgracefull, :eek:
 
Very annoyed about Easyjet September should come in the summer schedule !

A few years ago I booked in November with them and then last year 7th December and who knows this year Have decided if they arent out before Xmas I shall book with Ryanair

Ryanairs website looks so much better and the prices seem Ok just prefer EJs timings but it is getting annoying looking every day and no doubt their website will crash again when they do come out !!!!!
 
So should October;) Annoyed as well but I think I'll hang on in there and hopefully they will be out soon:rolleyes: Cheapest I can get from Glasgow on the dates I need in October is £226 with Ryanair. £170 with Jet2 from Newcastle same dates. Fingers crossed EJ can come up with something cheaper than those;)

Do the prices you quote for October include hold baggage ?
 
No Joey, these are base prices per person without luggage, seats or anything else. By the time you add on the extras it would be another fortune:(
 
Also, forgot to mention Jet2 is £335 from Glasgow....base price:eek:

Re " They are still working on the schedule ". Yeah right, and there go's another flying pig. The only thing they are working on is how to squeeze every last pound out of the poor people they now have a monopoly over. Even their own staff have told them that the problem they are now having fitting hand luggage in to the cabin is all because of the high charges for taking cases. They now offer to put your hand luggage in the hold for free to stop the problem. If they can't see how stupid that makes the system then I feel sorry for them because you would not have to explain it to an idiot.:confused:. Its another lesson as to what you are left with when competition is taken out.:mad:
 
I couldn't agree more Pollensa,as I have said before it's not many years ago that no one paid for luggage it was part of ones flight, It seems that they want to fleece us for everything we are such a soft target when going on holiday:eek:.
