well, the extra € outlay saved a long wait yesterday, I can recommend it

straight to the front of a long queue, could feel the stares of everyone burning in to the back of my head as I was on my way within 5 minutes, even beat the baggage reclaim for the first time in years

Agree, have been doing this since they introduced it Definitely well worth the 15 Euro for the service, although some of stares you get can be a bit scary... Enjoy your trip. M

I thought there might be a separate window for VIP bookings. By the way you desribe it, you simply walk to the head of the existing queue and take someone else's 'turn'.

From my recolection, when I used them in March, they had a gap on the desk with a large sign for VIP renters. Although the desk was still outside the baggage reclaim at that time.

No ..there is a dedicated window for the express service..so no chance of a punch -up for pushing in!!

Yes, although somewhat confusingly it is labelled 'no pre-booking ' or somesuch.
