Good restaurants whilst cycling in PP next week?

I am heading to Puerto Pollensa on Sunday for a week of cycling and would like some recommendations on good places to eat out that will be open at this time of year. Not too fussy but am just looking for good quality local food. Also, will the Tapas Route around the town be on?
