Ground Floor Apartment at Las Golondrinas Apartments

Does anyone have a ground floor apartment on the Las Golondrinas Apartment complex that they hire out in the summer months on this site. Looking to come out with family next year who would like a ground floor apartment whilst we book the first floor apartment like we did this year.
