Pollensamar

Sorry to be a johnny-come-lately to this topic - but will be returning to Pollensamar after a three year absence for two weeks on May 13. When it's been just me and Mrs Spudbag it's been the perfect location - quiet poolside, delicious walks to and from dinner along Pine Walk, less road noise since the arrival of the new road, air con recently added. Noise only a problem when a fully paid up member of the high heels and furniture moving brigade is in the room above indulging their affliction - and that'd be the same anywhere! Simply cannot wait:D

Re: Pollensamar

hey spudbag !!

It would appear we are there the same time, but can assure you im not the high heeled, wheilding type, so rest assured !! are you taking the kids, did you say? (she ask's with baited breath) :p

:D thanks for your post ! i also cant wait :D

Re: Pollensamar

Kids? Ah, no - when I mention "just the two of us" that refers to going without parents/in-laws. And I'm suspecting that comes as a relief Debilicious, as I reckon you're also an ankle-biter avoider.

Re: Pollensamar

sounds harsh, but YES...dont really mind kids, but as pool is so small, didnt fancy getting jumped on by a king size croc lilo ;)

have you seen any reviews for the Pollensamar. ?

not long now huh :D

Re: Pollensamar

Deb, have made mental note not to mistime any lilo-leaping when you are in the pool :D . Our four previous stays at Pollensamar were fantastic, and really form part of our love affair with PP. And if you get a room with a glimpse of the bay through the properties in front - you'll be in heaven every blue-skied morning.

Stop fretting - you'll be fine there!;)

Re: Pollensamar

I fret not !!

I cant wait, were in a studio, so unsure about the sea view, as beleive there on 1st and 2nd floor, fingers crossed.

have you stayed in a studio there ?

Re: Pollensamar

No we haven't - but all the studios also face the sea - it's just a question of angles as to whether you'll get a glimpse! Worst case scenario? You can hear the sea!

Re: Pollensamar

hear it ?? certainly hope so, :D is "our" part of the beach, wide enough, for sunbathing etc as it looks like there is no beach there, just a thin peice of sand ?

Re: Pollensamar

having got round to reading your post,i looked up there site on the hotels and aparthotels section, they do look good, and most pools don't allow inflatables anyway.Have you seen the pretty pictures?.
