Hi all
well we are still trying hard to pop over sometime this year, have checked most sites on forum, any advice on best lets etc would be appreciated. Sorry to be cheeky lol

Best wishes :D

If you are looking for soething cheaper than is already advertised on Rent Villas Apartments in Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca), Majorca (Mallorca), I can only suggest that you try the Last Minutes a few weeks before you want to go & see if you can get a deal or try & go low season. If you are looking last minute/low season, you can always ASK for a discount!

Obviously the smaller places i.e. one bed, no pool etc. will be cheaper than larger places with pool.

any advice on best lets etc would be appreciated.

Are you looking to rent an apartment or rent a villa?

Also what time of the year ?

There are some absolute bargains at the moment and and long as you avoid peak season your sure to find something.

Look around the rental property pages on this site and sign up to the newsletters on all the various rental sites.

There are some crazy low prices at the moment.

Right now there are lots of empty properties just waiting for tourists.

Look at availability pages of rental properties, some have hardly any bookings out of peak season and they are the ones most likely to offer a bit of discount if you ask nicely.

I don't like asking for discount as most property owners need the money and Spain needs the tourists to spend as much as possible so I generally pay the asking price on the websites or offer emails etc.
I like a good deal but I also know how hard it can be when customers don't spend.

Hi Mark
many thanks for your advice, much appreciated.
Excellent pictures of pollensa region, really impressed with them.
