I don't think Carlos owns the hotel, i believe he is a receptionist .

Friday, Mar Calma you can try sushi tapas! Although they are not part of the route. It's a bit more expensive to 2.50 and 3.50 euros but you can have it with pink champagne or half gin and tonic. To vary a little, why not?
